WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have an order for multiple items, each item may ship from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them in stock the quickest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on backorder, we can ship your items at different times, in separate packages, to avoid delaying your order and get it to you as quickly as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY ORDER?

We ship orders directly from our numerous domestic and international warehouses, committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Because our deals are highly sought after, expected delivery time to the US may vary from product to product, taking approximately 1-2 business weeks. Likewise, delivery times to Mexico may also vary, taking approximately 1 to 3 business weeks due to distance traveled and customs procedures. However, please note that these times are only approximations as the popularity of our offers may affect delivery times.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

We provide tracking information for all orders placed with us. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we regret any inconvenience caused if your order is held in customs, returned or lost during delivery. Just so you know, we have no control over the postal service.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
